Head Start Graduate Pays Love of Reading Forward as Author

Dr. Chanda Nicole Holsey, Founder and Principal of Healthy Aims for Little Ones (HALO) for Families, LLC, read to Head Start learners at the ECS4Kids Green Cove Springs Center.  Dr. Holsey is a children’s book author, small business owner, ECS4Kids Community Advocacy Board member, and Head Start graduate.

Her book filled the children’s hearts with joy and sparked curiosity in every child. When asked about her thoughts on the day, Dr. Holsey stated, “I’m a Head Start graduate, and I made it, and they will, too!”
